I bought this doe my 7 year old niece and she absolutely loves it. She calls it her "fancy purse." My niece likes purses that are like grown up purses; if it has animals or hearts, or anything childlike, she doesn't want it. She may be tiny, but she has the taste of someone 4 times her age. The chain is a bit long for her, bit.that doesn't stop her from wearing it.
